Dog Walker in Mission Viejo, CA
Mission Viejo is all rolling hills, tidy greenbelts and long trail runs. Big-yard dogs here love a real walk.
Where we walk in Mission Viejo
- Oso Creek Trail, a long, gentle path through the middle of town
- Greenbelts and neighborhood parks throughout Mission Viejo's villages
- Hilly residential loops for dogs who like a little climb
We always follow posted park and leash rules.
HOA and leash rules
Many Mission Viejo neighborhoods have HOAs and the city's leash rules apply on paths and in parks. Lake Mission Viejo is a private, members-only association with its own pet rules, so we only walk there when you're a member and the rules allow it.
Good to know
Gated villages and long driveways mean we'll plan access ahead: gate codes, garage keypads or a lockbox, whatever works for you.
Heat and pavement in Mission Viejo
Hillside sidewalks catch full sun. On hot days we choose shaded stretches of the creek trail, walk early or late, and pause for water often.
